Information Collection and Use
Gudrum Classics Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Gudrum Classics Ltd collects information from our users at several different points on our website. Orders We request or used stored information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer’s orders. The contact information including Name, Address and Telephone Number may be passed to suppliers and carriers in order to fulfill the order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Security
We take every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When any form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the encryption software provided. Your Rights
You have various rights under the Data Protection Law and we comply with them. You can access your personal we hold about you in order to be corrected, updated or deleted. If you would like to discuss your personal information that we hold, please contact us via phone or email and we will be able to help assist. Verbal requests are acted upon and can be resolved over the phone, in order to ensure this is recorded we may record phone calls, or keep written copies of the request.
Right of access to your personal details can now be requested via our social media channels, via the chat functions.
A right of access can also be requested on behalf of someone with permission. E.g. by the individual’s lawyer.
We will aim to respond to your request to exercise any of your rights as set out below and contact you directly within one month from the date of your request. If we are unable to deal with your request within this time, we will contact you directly with the reasons for the delay, and details of an extension to our one month response time. This deadline can be extended by up to 2 months if complex or multiple requests.
You have the right to form a complaint to the information commissioner’s office at www.ico.org.uk if you feel we are not respecting your rights under the Data protection law. The ICO is the authority in the UK which is responsible for overseeing applications and enforcing data protection law.

All in coming and out-going telephone conversations may be recorded and may be used in communications between us or as evidence of "Verbal Contract" or otherwise. Recordings, where held, are for our sole use and will not be held for a period of longer than 12 months. Not all conversations are recorded. Recordings of conversations will not be forwarded except to comply with any legislative statute, Police requests or by instruction from a Court of Law or other legislative bodies. Any forwarding of recorded conversations will be made in the electronic format in which the conversations are stored. No conversions or editing will take place.
